Introduction

Employers have a responsibility to set standards, deliver a formal induction programme and manage all allegations made against adults appropriately. Using national best practice guidance and legislation this course covers all of your responsibilities as a manager, employer and/or child protection lead.

Aim

To support organisations to create a safer working environment based on knowledge and experience.

Learning Outcomes

  • Recognise the importance of allegations made against adults
  • Implement Safer Working Practices guidelines in your organisation
