Does your board take responsibility for Safeguarding?

Trustees, Directors, Committee Members? Are you aware of your responsibility with regard to Safeguarding and Child Protection.

It’s not enough to delegate to a manager or to have one board member who attends training. Over the years I have worked with Third Sector organisations it has become apparent that many board members are not fully aware of what they need to know.

Our first featured course of the year will help you, your board and your organisation to be clear about the responsibilities you have and allow you to explore some of the very specific difficulties associated with taking a whole organisation approach to creating a safe and healthy environment for children, young people, staff and volunteers.
